Ordanis Platform

A system of context for industry.

SAP, MES, SCADA, historian, CMMS and spreadsheets — each one knows a part of the plant. Ordanis links those parts into one model, so the same asset stays recognizable from specification to operation.

How the platform is built

  1. L4Domain products

Reliability, Factory, Cargo, Commissioning and Build — no models of their own; all use the same Core.

  2. L3Ordanis Intelligence

A governed, cross-cutting layer: authorized tools, evidence and human approval.

  3. L2Core · Graph · Memory

Entities, relationships and what the organization learned — with tenant, site and audit.

  4. L1Integration Hub · Edge

Connects OT and IT. The Edge runs inside the plant and only sends data out.

A system of context, not a system of record

Your systems keep owning their data. Ordanis keeps the reference and the relationships.

  • ERP (SAP, TOTVS)

    Record of materials and purchasing

  • MES

    Record of production execution

  • CMMS

    Record of maintenance work orders

  • PLC / SCADA via Edge

Telemetry source, read in read-only mode

System of Context

Ordanis: knows how everything relates.

CONNECT, NATIVE or HYBRID

  • 01

    CONNECT

You already have good systems. Ordanis integrates; they remain the system of record.

  • 02

    NATIVE

A domain has no adequate system. Ordanis selectively provides work orders, downtime and workflows.

  • 03

    HYBRID

The most common case: ERP for materials, MES for production, Ordanis for reliability and context.

From information to decision

Every step is recorded and auditable. No action happens without a person approving it.

  1. Observe
  2. Understand
  3. Recommend
  4. Approve
  5. Act
  6. Verify
  7. Learn
  8. Value

One asset, the whole lifecycle

  1. Build
  2. Commission
  3. Operate
  4. Produce
  5. Move
  6. Learn

The asset keeps the same identity through every stage.

Example: why context matters

High temperature on a machine is a data point. The same machine, with its spare motor delayed on a shipment and a customer order depending on the line, is a business risk.

What Ordanis is not

  • Not an ERP, MES, SCADA, CMMS, TMS or WMS — it connects to them
  • Not a chatbot and not a generic dashboard
  • It does not control machines: the machine policy is read-only
