Commercial discovery
Problem, sponsor, candidate line and preliminary success criteria.
Week 1
Industrial discovery
Assets, available signals, PLC/SCADA, MES, ERP and maintenance system.
Week 2
OT/IT assessment
Network, firewall, DMZ, security approval and your IT questionnaire.
Week 3
Edge and connectivity
Ordanis Edge installed, read-only OPC UA connection, outbound HTTPS.
Weeks 3–4
Asset mapping
Tags → signals → components → assets, confirmed by an engineer.
Week 4+
Baseline
The starting point measured on your data; only then are targets set.

Monitoring, findings, actions and value
Detections, recommendations approved by people, work orders, outcomes and validated value.
Success methodology
We separate correlation, recommendation, action and confirmed cause. Value is validated only with a confirmed outcome and approval by the plant manager or an executive.

Investment
Set by scope after discovery and presented in a proposal. We do not publish prices.
